• 17th MCC- Men’s Basketball at Iowa Western Community College at 7:00 p.m.
• 14th MCC- Women’s Basketball at Event Center vs. Eastern Wyoming CC at 6:00 pm.
• 15th-17th MCC Presents “A Christmas Carol” at the Fox Theater at 7:30p.m.
• Registration for classes is NOW OPEN!

Past Events:

McCook Community College Phi Beta Lambda (PBL) students attended the FBLA-PBL 2012 National Fall Leadership Conference in Denver, CO this past weekend.  Nine McCook college students attended. While there they heard from keynote speakers Ryan Moran and Al Duncan. They attended the following seminars:  “Introduction to Effective Leadership”, “Discovering Your Strength and Values”, and “Effective Communication”. All seminars were provided by the American Management Association (AMA).   Additionally, students had the opportunity to tour the Hammond Candy Factory in Denver.  The following students attended:  Bill Ortiz, Veronica Waddell, Whitni Redman, Kyra Stark, Jessica Midkiff, Brisa Rodriguez, Desiree Washum, Carlos Dominguez, and Charles Skilling, III. The group was led by faculty advisor Lorrie Mowry.

The MCC Boys Basketball team took on the Colorado All-Stars this weekend.  The boys won 111-91. 

The MCC Girls Basketball team took on Arizona Western Matadores, Colorado Christian University. J.V., and Air Force Prep this past weekend in Colorado.  They went 2-1:

• The Air force Prep Game on the Nov. 10 - (MCC) 73-62
• Colorado Christian J.V. on Nov. 9 - (MCC) 79- 47
• Arizona Western CC on Nov. 8 - (AWCC) 65-54

• November 28: Cinema Theater movie night
• December 6: Santa's workshop
• December 12: put-it-where-you-want-it shirts
• December 18: Cinema Theater movie night
• December 21-January 13: winter break (dorms open on January 7th ).
